I have a flexible pricing structure to my personal training services and this is detailed below.
Each training session lasts 45-60 minutes and includes a full warm-up and warm-down routine led by me.
Choose from regular monthly plans or pay-as-you-go. Savings can also be made by choosing to buddy up with a friend or partner.

One
